

Aran Basu Bio
Aran Basu is a classical vocalist and a student of Lorraine Nubar at the Juilliard Pre-College Vocal Arts Division. Prior to Juilliard, he spent eight years at the Manhattan School of Music Precollege, studying classical piano and voice.

Currently a senior at Hackley School in Tarrytown, NY, Aran performs in both male a cappella and chamber groups as part of his school community. His passion for music has led him to participate in several prestigious summer festivals, including Interlochen Arts Camp and the Boston University Tanglewood Institute.

Aran views music as a powerful form of expression - one that conveys deep emotions and stories while transcending cultures and boundaries.

He will be attending Brown University starting in the fall of 2025.
